BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure a booking for a food safari– The full amount is required at the time of booking, and must be made at least 72 hours before the start of the event. Bookings can be considered confirmed only after payment has been completed. Please note that once you have made a booking, this cannot be changed or refunded.
We need a minimum of 10 guests to run our food safaris. If we don’t reach this, then we might have to cancel the food safari or if possible move it to an alternative date. If we don’t reach the minimum numbers, then we will inform you by email at least 2 days prior to the tour. If we cannot reach you by email, then we will contact you by phone or by text message. We cannot take responsibility for emails going into spam. Sole Food Safari always will try their best to contact you, but it is all dependent on the contact information the person responsible for the booking has supplied us.
If one of our food safaris is rescheduled, changed or moved, Sole Food Safari will usually give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for a new date/tour, or alternatively claiming a refund. If a food tour is cancelled by Sole Food Safari you will normally be offered a refund.
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, we will contact you to arrange a refund. Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 7 days of the original date of the event. Refunds will only be given on the ticket price, not on any other costs occurred. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
ATTENDING A FOOD SAFARI
We want you to have the very best experience before you finalise your booking, please read all the information that applies to the event and/or ticket. Carry proof of age if appropriate. Please drink responsibly, particularly if driving after the event. Some of our venues have to be accessed via steps, so please take this into consideration if you have mobility restrictions such as walking aids or a wheelchair.
CONTENT AND MENUS
Sole Food Safari reserves the right to alter or change the menu in case of non-availability of a product or venues in the case of any not being available on the date of the event.
If you or any member of your party has particular dietrary requirements please raise these before booking and we will endeavour to address your query and inform our partner restaurants of your needs. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the food served on our tours do not have traces of nuts and may contain gluten too, as the kitchen in which they are prepared handle these and other allergens.

ADDITIONAL BEVERAGES AND EXTRAS
Please ensure you have paid for any drinks or extras throughout the event, before you leave the venue. Any costs incurred by Sole Food Safari will be recouped and will also be subject to a £50 administration charge.
Sole Food Safari excludes all liability for any loss, damage to personal property or injury to you, howsoever caused, but does not exclude liability if caused by the negligence of Sole Food Safari.
DATA PROTECTION AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s Data Protection Policy. Photographs and video footage may be taken during the events for promotional or editorial purposes. These images may be used online or in printed matter. If you do not want images of your clients to be used please let us know in writing in advance of the event.
Sole Food Safari may hold you liable for any loss, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or incurred by reason of any claims, demands, actions that arise as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions. This indemnity shall not apply to the extent any such claim or demand or action arises as a result of the Company’s breach of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes relating to your access to and use of the Site shall be determined by the English courts. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of the country from which you are accessing the Site.
